Property Management Communication Software

Carcanet Media was asked to take on all the marketing communications for a new piece of property management communication software.

This involved writing the marketing communications strategy and plans. The first part of this was to develop a corporate identity and brand for the product and following some brainstorming we came up with Oprias.

The next step was to design the website and brand the product.

We then worked to get the product out in front of any organisation which we felt would be able to utilise the software.

The plan involved getting the software reviewed by software publications, property management associations and broadsheets and generating as much PR as possible for the launch of the product. We then looked to demonstate the product at various property management exhibitions so that it could be viewed by landlords, block management companies, letting agents and any other potential clients and used eNewsletters to publicise the product to clients in English language countries.
